Having previously studied Engineering in DIT Kevin Street, DIT Bolton Street and Glasgow Caledonian University, Ray currently holds a BEng (Hons) Degree in Building Services Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland.
Ray has been working within the Engineering Industry for in excess of 30 years at this time, primarily within the areas of Building
Services Consultancy Design, Project Management and On-Site Installation.

Colin is a Chartered Engineer graduating from DIT Bolton Street with an honours degree in Building Services Engineering having
previously completed both the technician diploma course and technician certificate course. On graduation, Colin was employed by
one of the larger Dublin based Engineering consultancy practices. During this time he was involved in the design and on site
management of large scale projects such as the Croke Park Stadium, NUI Galway and Microsoft HQ in Sandyford Industrial Estate.
Colin was a founding partner of T5 Partnership in 2001 with responsibility for the retail and hotel sector of the business and also
specialises in the sustainable engineering aspects of the practice. In recent times Colin has designed and site managed projects
including Trim Castle Hotel, Dunnes Stores Citywest, Dunnes Stores Newtownmountkennedy, The Vaults, IFSC and JCDecaux on the
Colin is also a SEI qualified building energy rating assessor for non-domestic buildings.

Stephen Kelly BEng CEng MIEI
Stephen is a Chartered Engineer graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with an honours degree in Building Services Engineering having previously completed both the technician diploma course and technician certificate course in DIT Bolton Street. During his early career, Stephen was employed in the energy conservation sector with responsibility for the design and implementation of energy saving measures for both domestic and non-domestic buildings. Prior to his current position as a Director with T5 Partnership, Stephen also worked within several well established Engineering Consultancy Practices and gained vast experience across a wide range of projects including Creative Labs, Dublin Ferry Port terminal & Irish Ferries HQ. During this time Stephen also designed and site managed various multi-tenancy and mixed use developments including cinema complexes and shopping centres.
Stephen was a founding partner of T5 Partnership in 2001 with responsibility for the commercial & religious sector of the business. Completed projects in recent years would include the FBD support centre in Mullingar, Dundrum Credit Union, Laois County Council offices, Emmaus Retreat Centre for the Christian Brothers Provincialate, Thornville & Park House community accommodation for the Religious Sisters of Charity.
Stephen is also a SEI qualified building energy rating assessor for domestic buildings and also holds a City and Guilds Certificate in energy awareness.
